Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy & Information (USA)

Standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days to prepare an order for shipment. Processing lead times are separate, and in addition to, the time that it takes for the carrier to deliver an order. Processing lead times are often extended during periods of high volume (holidays, sales, etc.).

Standard delivery times for domestic orders are typically 1 to 3 business days for West Coast residents, and 2 to 5 business days for Central and East Coast residents. Delivery time estimates account for the time in-transit only.

Domestic packages are shipped primarily via FedEx, utilizing the service FedEx 2Day for most packages under 8 lbs, and utilizing the service FedEx Home Delivery for most packages over 8 lbs. At any time, packages may be shipped utilizing other carriers such as the USPS or UPS.

An order confirmation email is sent once the buyer finalizes their order. A second confirmation email containing tracking information is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. 

Buyers, whether placing an order for themselves or someone else, are responsible for the deliverability of their orders to their requested shipping address. Buyers understand that Briotech is not responsible for lost, stolen, non-delivered, or misdelivered packages and that once an order leaves Briotech's facility care and responsibility becomes that of the mail carrier. This being so, Briotech is happy to do all that they can, within reason, to investigate and resolve these sorts of issues.

Out-of-Stock Policy
As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order within standard processing lead times, we will send an email notification stating that the order has been placed on backorder. The email will also provide information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within three (3) business days.

Free Shipping
This offer is available for the Lower 48 contiguous United States only. The target of $50 is considered after any discounts are applied and before any applicable taxes are applied. By opting for Free Shipping, as made available by Briotech for orders over $50, buyer agrees to let Briotech choose the shipping method. Briotech may honor buyer requests for a specific carrier at their discretion. Offer is not available for shipping to a PO Box in some instances. If a buyer's order contains a PO Box as the Shipping Address, prior to fulfillment Briotech may contact the buyer for an alternative address and/or send an invoice for the cost of shipping and, in the case of this, if the buyer is unable to provide neither within 10 days of order placement then Briotech may opt to cancel and refund the order.

Next Day Shipping
FedEx Standard Overnight service delivers the next business-day by 4:30 PM to businesses and by 8:00 PM to residences. For more information please visit: www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/overnight.html

Overnight orders placed before 1:00 PM (PST) during business hours:
Briotech will prioritize and process the order for same-day shipment.

Overnight orders placed after 1:00 PM (PST) during business hours:
Briotech will prioritize the order for processing, however, this order may be shipped the following business day. We will do our best to get it out the same-day but we make no guarantees.

Attention: Please note that overnight service is for business days only. If overnight service is requested for an order, and if that order ships on a Friday, that order will not be delivered until the following Monday. Overnight shipping fees are non-refundable except for some claim-eligible instances where the carrier is at fault. If the carrier has missed a guaranteed delivery time, and acknowledges it, buyers may request to recoup their shipping fees from Briotech. Upon this, Briotech will pursue a claim with the carrier, and only upon a successful resolution of the case where Briotech has been restored by the carrier, will Briotech then grant a refund of associated shipping fees to the buyer.

 
Shipping Policy & Information (International)

Attention International Customers: Upon your order submission you agree to the following Terms and Conditions — As an International Buyer you assume ALL responsibility for Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees applicable upon importation. All fees are based on the total amount purchased. International shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Briotech will not authorize any refund for packages that are denied upon receipt, or abandoned, by the customer. If an order is denied by customs officials and/or Returned To Sender, Briotech may charge up to a 30% restocking fee upon receipt of the order back to it's facility. If there is an issue with the original shipment, you may request for a replacement package to be shipped and upon this you are responsible for any associated shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for supplying complete and correct shipping information. Buyers are responsible for the deliverability of their orders to their requested shipping address. Whether you are placing an order for yourself or someone else, you agree to verify and ensure your complete compliance with the receiving country's importation guidelines.

Briotech makes no guarantee with regards to in-transit time and estimated delivery arrival for any international shipping service provided on it's website upon checkout. Any and all dates provided upon checkout with regards to estimated order arrival are estimates only. International packages may ship via DHL Express Worldwide, FedEx International, or UPS International. Standard delivery time will vary, estimated anywhere from 2-10 days. Delays may occur, and are common, due to the nature of international addresses. Delays also often occur during times of high carrier volume.
